I accidently dropped a kids multivitamin on the floor and my Pomeranian ate it and google says it’s really bad although these vitamins don’t have iron in them so Idk.

You are going to need to call poison control or go to the vet. The longer it is in his system the harder it will be to prevent issues. Dogs cannot have a bunch of vitamin D.

Another thing to consider is if there’s xylitol in it, I’d definitely recommend calling poison control with the exact brand and type of multivitamin.

I have never had this happen to my dog, but he’s eaten other stuff (most recently a tampon!), so I freaked out and took him to the vet, where they induced vomiting.
It cost about $400, but it was worth the peace of mind knowing he threw it up!
If you have a veterinarian nearby, ask what they recommend!!
