If my dog suddenly gained the ability to speak, I can totally imagine their first complaint would be about how often I leave them alone. They’d probably say something like, ‘Why do you keep going to work and leaving me here? Don’t you know how boring it is?!’ 
I feel guilty every time I leave the house, but I can’t help it. Anyone else think their pets would have some serious grievances?
Mine would definitely complain about the amount of time I spend on my phone. ‘Can’t you put that down and play with me instead?’
