Does anyone have any advice for being a new cat owner? I’m getting one for my birthday in a couple of months and I’m really nervous. I’ve wanted a cat my whole life and I’d really appreciate any advice on how to take care of my kitten.

Playtime is essential! Kittens have lots of energy. Invest in some interactive toys to keep them entertained and help them bond with you.
Don’t forget about scratching posts! Kittens need to scratch to keep their claws healthy and to mark their territory.
