I decided to buy some tuna for the abandoned house cat I saw residing on its porch when I was on my way to the grocery store. On my way back, I left it there. I felt it was a good indication when I returned later and saw that all the food had been consumed. After doing additional study, I discovered that not all street cats are stray animals. How can I distinguish between the two? If it helps, I also left some cat food for them to eat on my second visit, but they had not eaten it when I returned.
@TailWaggerTara Just know Stray Cats are always friends, and alone alone but for feral cats they live in colony.
Another way to different them is Ferals are silent, although stray cats may meow or react to your voice.
