My cat is hiding in an area I can’t access and I’m moving tonight

I’m moving and need to be out by tonight. My cat is deep in a storage area in my basement that can’t fit a whole person inside, and I have no idea how to get her out. I’ve tried YouTube videos (I’m desperate), treats, food, calling her, and giving her some time to reemerge, but she won’t come out. I’m really short on time, and I’m stressing because I can’t just leave her here. Any advice helps.

Have you tried using a flashlight? Sometimes they’ll come out if they see a light in the dark.

You could also try playing her favorite sound or video. It might lure her out.

Maybe put some food or treats just outside the area she’s hiding in? She might be tempted to come out.

I’ve tried that but she’s not budging. I think she’s too stressed.

I know it’s stressful, but try to stay calm. Maybe she’ll come out on her own if things settle down a bit.
