As winter approaches, I’d like to buy bedding that will not trap fur yet still keep the dog warm. Anyone have recommendations?
I gather up all the fur that comes off my dog and I use that as my bedding. Lol jk. Still, she sheds so much I could probably do that. I have resigned to the fact that dog fur will be everywhere until she’s gone. She has white fur, so it’s pretty noticeable.
Look for bedding made from microfiber or synthetic materials. They tend to repel fur better than cotton and are easier to clean.
I recommend using a fleece blanket. They’re warm, and fur doesn’t cling to them as much as traditional fabrics do.
Consider a dog bed with a removable, washable cover. It helps keep things clean and you can choose a material that resists fur.
