Do pets calm down when their owners are mellow?

I have noticed something interesting lately. I’m a pretty mellow person, especially since I turned 26. Whenever I’m downstairs alone in the living room, my pets seem to be super calm or just sleeping. Do you think my chill vibe has anything to do with it? I’d love to hear your thoughts.

Totally! Animals often pick up on our energy. If you’re relaxed, they likely feel that too. It’s pretty cool how it works!

Yeah, I’ve noticed the same with my dog. He’s way more chill when I’m just hanging out.

For sure! Pets are sensitive to their owners’ moods. If you’re calm, it helps them feel safe and relaxed.

I think it makes a big difference! My cat always curls up next to me when I’m having a lazy day.

Same here! It’s like they can sense when it’s time to chill!

That’s really interesting! I wonder if it works the other way too. Like, if pets are hyper, do we get more anxious?

Definitely! Our emotions can influence their behavior. Keep being chill, and your pets will likely keep enjoying that vibe!
