Best Assistance Dog for Anxiety and ASD/ADHD?

I am planning to get an assistance dog to help with my anxiety and ASD/ADHD, but I’m not sure what breed would be the best fit. I love German Shepherds and labs, but I’m concerned they might be too big for my apartment.
Could a smaller breed like a Chihuahua, Corgi, or Shiba Inu be a good option? Or would it be better to go with an emotional support animal instead? I’m not sure if emotional support animals are a thing in Sweden. If they are, would a snake or a cat be suitable?
Just to give you some context: I’m 24, live at home, and can’t work due to my anxiety and ASD/ADHD. I live in an apartment in Sweden. I’m more of a cat person but do love dogs, and I prefer smaller breeds.
I have three older dogs who are more my mom’s pets and aren’t suitable for assistance work (in Sweden, assistance dogs need to be between 1-5 years old). I also have a cat who’s mine, but he’s not very keen on going outside. I’m wondering if it might be possible to train him to accompany me to places like coffee shops.
Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
